This Return & Refund Policy applies to physical products purchased directly from Nature Nap LLC through our website.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests made within 30 days of the original delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
  • be unused
  • be in its original condition
  • be returned with the original packaging intact

If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a refund or, where appropriate, a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

We may offer a replacement for items that are:

  • defective due to a manufacturing flaw
  • damaged due to packaging issues
  • damaged during shipment
  • incorrect items received in your order

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) from our support team.

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you want to return
  • a brief explanation of the reason for the return
  • clear photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions and the proper return address.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are not available for items that:

  • show signs of use
  • show evidence of tampering
  • were damaged by misuse, improper care, or improper storage
  • were altered
  • have labels removed
  • were damaged by weather, fire, flooding, or other natural events
  • were sold as clearance, sale, final-stock, or final-sale items, where marked as non-returnable

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Risk of Loss During Return

The customer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return transit until the returned item is received by Nature Nap LLC.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Replacement Timeframe

If we issue a replacement item, the replacement order may be covered under a new 30-day period beginning from the replacement delivery date.
